- Costs and payment terms — fees, deposit requirements and payment schedule
- Rights and licensing — ownership, licences granted and retained rights
- Credits — how Beatpoint Studios LTD and contributing parties will be credited
- Usage terms — permitted uses of the studio outputs
- Release responsibilities — the client’s obligations prior to public release or distribution

6. Review Before Release
Studio outputs, including but not limited to music productions, recordings, mixes, masters, and audio assets, require client review and written approval before release or publication. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all content is reviewed, cleared and approved before any public distribution, upload or commercial use.
7. No Guarantee of Commercial Outcomes
Beatpoint Studios LTD makes no guarantees, representations or warranties regarding:
- Chart performance or chart positions
- Streaming numbers, play counts or platform performance
- Royalty income or earnings
- Sync placements or licensing opportunities
- Distribution approval by any distributor or aggregator
- Record label interest or signing outcomes
- Playlist inclusion by any platform or curator
- Press or media coverage
- Copyright clearance or registration outcomes
- Legal clearance for any third-party samples, interpolations or content used
- Any other commercial or creative outcome
The client remains solely responsible for ensuring their content is legally cleared and compliant before release.
8. Prohibited Submissions
Users must not submit the following through our contact forms or any electronic communication:
- Passwords, access credentials or login details for any platform or account
- Confidential contracts or unreleased commercially sensitive agreements
- Distributor, aggregator or label account access information
